You agree not to use our services for:

Custom Sender IDs may require approval from telecommunications operators or regulatory authorities.

SMSGo.lk does not guarantee approval of requested Sender IDs.

While SMSGo.lk strives for reliable delivery, message delivery depends on third-party telecommunications networks.

We do not guarantee:

• Instant delivery
• Delivery to switched-off devices
• Delivery where network conditions prevent transmission

All content, software, logos, trademarks, and platform features remain the property of SMSGo.lk.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.

SMSGo.lk shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Business interruption
• Loss of profits
• Data loss
• Delayed or failed message delivery caused by telecom operators or force majeure events

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice if:

• These Terms are violated
• Fraudulent activity is detected
• Required by law or regulatory authorities
